The problem

Four questions. Not one good answer.

A guest at a valet stand asking the valet where his car is

“Bhaiya, meri gaadi kahan hai?”

The question every valet hears a hundred times a night.

  • No idea how long you are going to be standing there
  • No record of how the car looked when it went in
  • A paper stub between you and a car worth lakhs
  • One crowded desk trying to answer everybody at once
A guest asking a valet desk how much longer the wait will be

Aur kitna time lagega?

Ten minutes, sir. It has already been twenty. Nobody at the desk actually knows, so everybody guesses, and the guest keeps asking.

A guest pointing out a scratch on his car to two valets

Yeh scratch pehle se tha?

No photo, no timestamp, nothing written down. So it comes down to whose word sounds more certain, and somebody walks away angry.

A guest telling the valet she has lost her ticket

Parchi kho gayi.

Now it is ID checks, phone calls and a long wait at the end of an already long night, for the guest and for your team both.

Every one of these comes down to the same thing. Nobody has a record, and nobody has a way to tell the guest what is happening.

That is the part Valzy fixes

For Weddings & Events

Hundreds of guests. Hundreds of cars. Zero chaos.

An Indian wedding isn’t just an event. It’s family, memories, and often someone’s most valuable possession sitting in a valet lot for hours. One misplaced car or one dispute can overshadow the whole day. Valzy gives every guest a real-time way to track their car and gives you, the host, total peace of mind.

Protect your guests’ trust, and your liability.

Every scratch, every “my car wasn’t where you said it was,” every delayed retrieval chips away at how guests remember your property. Valzy gives your team a documented, photo-and-video-backed record of every vehicle, and gives your guests visibility they’ve never had before.

For Valet Companies

Give your drivers the tools to prove they did it right.

Most valet disputes aren’t about bad service. They’re about no record of good service. Valzy protects your drivers with timestamped photos and videos of every handoff, gives you visibility into how each driver is performing across every location, and takes the constant back-and-forth off your team’s phones.

Timestamped against the plate, not a paper stub.

The difference

The paper ticket hasn’t changed in fifty years.

Same stub, same shouting, same shrug when something goes wrong. Here is what actually changes when the ticket becomes a QR key tag.

The paper ticket
With Valzy
Proof of your car's condition
Nothing on paper. Whatever anyone remembers.
Timestamped photos and video, from check-in to handover.
Asking for your car back
Find the desk, hand over the stub, hope someone heard you.
Scan the key tag and request it on WhatsApp.
Knowing where your car is
No idea until it appears in front of you.
“On the way” and “arrived” notifications as it happens.
If the ticket goes missing
ID checks, paperwork, and a long wait.
The car is logged against its plate, not just a slip of paper.
Settling a dispute
One person's word against another's.
Pull up the photo and video record for that specific car.
What the guest has to install
Nothing to install, and nothing to see either.
Still nothing. No app, no signup, no personal details.
Pressure on your valet team
A crowd at the desk and a phone that never stops.
Requests arrive on one channel, with the car already identified.
After the event is over
A box of torn stubs.
A record of every vehicle your team handled.

Our story

Why We Built Valzy

Yash Ramchandani, Founder, Valzy
Yash RamchandaniFounder, Valzy

I once stood at a valet stand for 35 minutes with no idea where my car was.

I love cars, so every minute felt longer than the last. Had something gone wrong? Was it scratched, stuck, forgotten? I had no way to know. And that bothered me more than it probably should have, because I can track a ₹200 food order down to the minute, and a ₹3,000 cab ride turn by turn. But my car, worth thirty times more, and something I actually cared about, I couldn’t track at all.

That question sent me down a real rabbit hole. I started talking to valet drivers directly, and what I heard surprised me. The pressure they’re under, how little support they get, how often they’re blamed for things completely outside their control.

In India, a car isn’t just a way to get somewhere. It’s family trips, first drives, years of shared memories, and for a lot of us, something we worked hard to be able to call our own. It deserves better than a paper ticket and a 35-minute guess.

So every feature in Valzy exists for a reason. Not as a checklist item, but as an answer to something a real driver or a real car owner told me was broken. I’ve seen how valet works abroad, and I knew this shift needed to happen here too. Now.
