VALZY TECH PRIVATE LIMITED
Valzy is a valet parking technology company based in India. We build the software that runs a valet stand — so the guest always knows where their car is, and the venue always knows what happened to it.
What we do
At a venue running Valzy, the driver logs the car’s number plate, its key tag and a set of photographs when it is handed over. The guest keeps a QR-coded key tag. Scanning that tag opens WhatsApp and requests the car back, with live “on the way” and “arrived” updates and a link to the photo and video record taken at check-in.
There is no app for the guest to download, no signup, and no phone number collected at drop-off. Handing over the keys is all we ask for.
Why we built it
Our founder once waited about thirty-five minutes for his own car at a valet stand, with no way of knowing whether it was two minutes away or twenty. You can track a ₹200 food order or a ₹3,000 cab ride in real time. A car worth lakhs, handed to a stranger, came with a paper stub and nothing else.
Before writing any code, he spent time with valet drivers themselves — the people fielding “where is my car?” a hundred times a night — and built Valzy around the problems they described.
Where we operate
Valzy is live in Bhopal and Indore, and is expanding to more cities.
We work with three kinds of client: wedding and event organisers, venues such as hotels, malls and hospitals, and valet staffing companies who run stands on behalf of others.
What we are, and what we are not
Valzy provides technology and workflow software for valet coordination. We do not physically park, drive, move or store vehicles ourselves unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Responsibility for vehicle custody, parking operations, staff conduct and the physical handling of vehicles rests with the venue, parking operator or organisation running the valet service, unless a separate contract expressly states otherwise.
