Valzy is priced per engagement rather than off a fixed public rate card. A single-day wedding and a hospital running 150 cars a day are different problems, and quoting them the same number would serve neither.
How we price
After a short demo we send a written quotation covering the scope below. The quotation states the full amount payable, the billing frequency, and any taxes applied, before you commit to anything.
A quote is built from:
Type of engagement — a one-off event, or an ongoing venue contract.
Expected volume — cars per day for a venue, or expected cars for an event.
Number of locations and the number of valet stands at each.
Contract length for ongoing venue and valet-company engagements.
On-site support, where you want our team present rather than only the software.
What every engagement includes
QR-coded key tags and the driver app used at the stand.
WhatsApp-based car requests and live status updates for your guests.
Photo and video records captured at check-in, kept against each car.
The live ticket page your guest opens from their key tag.
Onboarding and training for the valet team working the stand.
Support for the duration of the event or the contract.
Billing, taxes and payment
Quotations and invoices are issued in Indian Rupees (INR).
Applicable taxes, including GST, are shown separately on the quotation and the invoice.
Events are ordinarily invoiced around the event date; ongoing venue contracts are invoiced on the cycle stated in that contract.
Payments are processed through our payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
We do not publish per-car or per-month rates, because the same number would be misleading for a wedding, a hospital and a valet staffing company. What we do commit to is that you see the full price in writing, with taxes itemised, before you are asked to pay anything.
