Support hours
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST. Valet operations at a live venue are supported for the duration of the event or the venue’s operating hours, as agreed in that venue’s contract.

Billing and refunds

Are you a guest looking for your car?
If you are at a venue right now, the fastest route is the QR code on your key tag — scanning it opens WhatsApp and requests your car directly from the team on the ground.
If you cannot scan it, speak to the valet desk at the venue. They can retrieve your car without the tag.
